Ingredients of Instant Stuffed Buns without oven recipe:
- 3 tsp veg mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Chilli mayonnaise
- 4-5 slices Peri Peri Cheese
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Peri Peri Masala
- 3-4 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- As needed Grated cheese
- as needed Pizza seasoning masala (for sprinkle)
- 12 ready Buns
- For Stuffing:
- 1 big capsicum small diced
- 1 big Onion small diced
How to Make Instant Stuffed Buns without oven recipe:
Stuffing: Take a mixing bowl. Add diced capsicum, Onion. Add veg mayonnaise, Chilli mayo.
Mix it well. Add Peri Peri cheese slices. Mix it well.
Now add oragano, chilliflakes, Peri Peri Masala.
Add salt, Tomato Ketchup.
Mix it all well. Stuffing is ready.
For Stuffed Buns: take buns on flat surface with the sharp knife take out the middle portion of buns. Grate the cheese on plate and keep a side.
Now take a dip thick bottom vessel. Add 1 cup of salt and spread it. Put rack. And keep for preheat for 10-15 min on medium flame.
Take a cake tin. Fix the foil in it.
Now stuff the Stuffing in the buns. Put grated cheese. Sprinkle pizza seasoning.
Put them in cake tin. And put the tin in the preheat vessel for 10 min or till cheese get melts.
Stuffed Buns are ready.
