- 1 salt to taste
- 1 1/2 large onions (small diced)
- 3 stick celery small diced
- 8 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350ëF
Increase oven temp to 375ëF
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter.
Add onion and celery and cook until tender. About 5-10 min. Stirring frequently and watch well so butter doesnt burn.
Spray a 9x13 deep baking dish with nonstick spray.

For a sage flavor add 1tsp. Sage.
You can use vegetable stock insteak of chicken.
If u want meatless replace chicken with fine shredded carrot and cook with the onion.
