  4. 6 clove garlic thinly sliced
  5. 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  6. 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
  7. 1 1/2 cup half and half
  8. 3 oz romano cheese, grated
  9. 2 tbsp green onions
  10. 1/4 cup melted butter
  11. 1 cup panko japanese breadcrumbs
  12. 1 tsp pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350ëF.

  2. In a large pot of boiling water, add potatoes and cauliflower. Cook 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  3. Drain. In several batches place potatoes and cauliflower through a ricer. In large mixing bowl,add in salt, pepper,cream cheese, garlic and half and half. Mix well.

  4. Place mixture into a greased 11"by 7" baking dish.

  5. Mix together chives, breadcrumbs, romano cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes .

  6. Bake for twenty minutes. Put under broiler for two minutes to finish.
