  1. Chop asparagus ,i use only soft part ,blanch in salt boil water about 1 mins,shocked in iced bath or let it cool in running water,drain,and set aside

  2. Clean ,devein fresh shrimps,blanch it 30 seconds ,do same way as asparagus

  3. Crush garlic and fry on low haet until crispy

  4. In mixing bowl add in asparagus,shrimps,all seasoning,crispy garlic

  5. Now to stir fry with a wok,or stir fry pan ,add some oil half tbsp,on medium heat,stir fry all in one time,cook it about 2 mins ,then heat off,serve hot with steamed jasmine rice :)
