  2. boil noodles in salted water according to package directions, using minimum cook time. drain. pour into casserole.

  3. while noodles are still hot, add in cubed cheddar and mozzarella. pour in milk, sprinkle with white pepper. stir gently to combine.

  4. top with shredded cheddar and bake uncovered about 45 minutes to an hour, until cheese is golden brown and no milk remains liquid. you can test with a spoon and if theres still obvious milk, just pop it back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
