- 1 lb pork stir fry cubed meat
- 1 all-purpose flour to coat (see directions)
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 1 cup raw sliced baby carrots
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 lb bag wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup grated parmisan cheese (or more)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 salt & pepper
How To Make Easy Homemade Garlic Parmisan Pork Noodle Skillet Recipe
Seed and cut off stem to green pepper, cut green pepper into bite sized chunks. Place in bowl with onion.
Add sliced carrot to the onion mix.
Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse. Set aside.
Add parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper and rest of butter to pork in sklllet.
With remaining chicken broth wisk in corn starch. Add to pork.
Heat until hot. Boil a few minutes and remove from heat.
Toss all to coat well!
NOTE: This dish is great for people who cant handle alot of spices. Great added to this dish would be crushed red pepper! Or any other spice you love. Also great added would be broccoli and spinach!
