  9. 4 oz thinly sliced deli American cheese, cut into thin strips
  10. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  11. 2 large eggs
  12. 1 box (8 oz ) Italian panko bread crumbs
  13. 6 cup vegetable oil - for frying
