  6. 4 cup granulated sugar
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1 -3oz. pack liquid pectin
  9. 2 tsp orange zest

  1. Combine cranberries & orange sections in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add strawberries , zest , spices process until finely chopped. But not pureed.

  2. Stir together fruit muxture & sugar & water in a very large sausepan. Until well blended. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Stirring constantly. Increase heat to high. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin.

  3. Stirring constantly again & boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Immediately pour into jars. Adjust lids & bands. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Remove from water. Allow to cool. Check to make they are sealed. If not refrigerate. Store away.( I got 6 half pints).
