  1. Cooked rice as usual the fluff up and set aside

  2. Steamed the chinese smoked sausage for 10 minutes then add light soy sauce and steam another 10 minutes

  3. In pan add the cooked white rice together with the steamed soy sauce Chinese sausage with its sauce and sun dried tomato ,stir fry to mix well for 5 minutes in medium low heat

  4. Add tomato paste and mix well and stir fry then add seasoning ,then continue stir fry for another 5 to 8 minutes till its sauce are almost dried up and rice are separated and almost charred but not burn

  5. ** TIPS ***I always use a chopstick to separate the rice and alway spread the rice on the pan to dried up excess sauce that always cause dried rice to be lumpy
