  8. 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine steak, sherry or juice, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and garlic.

  2. Place steak in bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.

  3. Remove steak from bag.

  4. Reserve marinade.

  5. Place steak on a broiler pan coated with vegetable oil spray.

  6. Cook 8 minutes per side.

  7. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.

  8. Boil remaining marinade over medium heat for 1 minute.

  9. Carve steak into thin slices.

  10. Serve immediately.
