- 240 ml sunflower or vegetable oil

- 225 grams philadelphia cream

- 450 grams icing sugar, sifted
- 110 grams melted butter
- 1 small pineapple, sliced thinly round

Put the oil, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with an electric hand whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well until incorporated.
